What is ASU-USA Pathways?

Your First Step Toward University Success

The Global Launch ASU-USA Pathways program is designed for international students who want to begin their undergraduate degree program at an American university, but need to first improve their English language proficiency scores and/or academic readiness for admission. After graduating from the program, students are prepared to start studying in their degree program in the U.S. with confidence.

Why Choose ASU-USA Pathways?

Program Details

You will start your freshman year with university-credit courses in your chosen degree, along with non-credit support classes to improve your English and academic skills for university-level work. During the program, you will earn the academic credits needed to continue at ASU or transfer to another U.S. university.

Course maps are determined by your secondary school GPA (1-term, 3-term or Earned Pathways) and your selected degree track. Earned Pathways students will start their program with full-time English classes before enrolling in university coursework.
